This page explains what information Fortuneteller.Today collects across the web app and future mobile apps, how that information is used, and how you can manage your account and data.

Information we collect

Account and sign-in features may use email address, user ID, encrypted session identifiers, third-party sign-in provider, language preference, and authentication metadata needed to operate the account.

Divination, chart, tarot, relationship, predictive, multi-report, and API features may store questions users submit, birth date and place, timezone, input options, generated results, AI analysis status, saved history, feedback, and minimal troubleshooting context.

Payment and credit features may store order IDs, payment session IDs, payment status, amount, currency, product identifiers, purchase channel, refund or chargeback state, entitlement grants, and minimal payment logs.

How we use information

The information supports account maintenance, session recovery, saved reading history, report generation and display, cross-device sync, payment processing, credit grants or restoration, API access, support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and reliability improvements.

Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data may be used to understand feature usage, detect errors, evaluate acquisition channels, improve public pages, and improve service quality.

Third-party services and AI processing

The service may rely on Supabase, Stripe, UserJot, DeepSeek, OpenAI or other AI/cloud services, Vercel, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, maps/geocoding, analytics, diagnostics, email, support, API, mobile purchase, and app distribution providers.

When AI services generate reports, the inputs, context, and outputs needed for that analysis may be sent to the relevant model or inference provider. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention, deletion, and user choices

Account records, saved reports, and user settings are generally kept until account deletion, a deletion request, or the point when the data is no longer needed to provide the service. Payment, order, refund, tax, audit, and security logs may be retained as legally or operationally required.

Users can contact support to request access to, a copy of, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of account-related data. Some requests may require enough information to confirm account ownership.

Children, sensitive information, and security boundaries

The service is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used independently by anyone below the digital-consent age in their jurisdiction or without guardian consent.

Do not intentionally submit government IDs, financial account details, medical records, precise home addresses, private contact details, other people’s private information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive personal data. No internet transmission, cloud storage, AI call, or payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
