Fortuneteller.Today provides divination, astrology, tarot, relationship, predictive-timing, multi-report, public educational, digital calculation, and AI-assisted interpretation services.

The service and its outputs are for entertainment, learning, reflection, reference, and information organization only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, employment, insurance, safety, religious, or other high-stakes professional advice.

If your question involves health, risk of harm, financial loss, legal obligations, major personal relationships, or other important real-world consequences, consult a qualified professional and do not rely only on this service.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method, email, third-party sign-in authorization, device sessions, API keys, and other credentials secure.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, payments, API key, or saved records, contact support as soon as possible.

You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, automated attack, reverse-engineering, restriction-bypassing, scraping, data theft, service interference, impersonation, or other abusive activity.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, API keys, order entitlements, or access when we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, payment dispute, terms violation, or a legal requirement.

Paid access may be offered through credits, reading allowances, multi-reports, API usage, one-time digital goods, or future mobile in-app purchases. Before purchasing, review the pricing page, checkout page, and applicable platform terms to confirm currency, quantity, use, and expectations.

Credits and digital goods are usually granted after successful payment and system verification. Payment channels, network conditions, fraud review, or platform review can delay delivery.

Unless required by law, clearly promised on the page, or confirmed in writing by support, digital entitlements that have been generated, consumed, delivered, or clearly begun are generally non-refundable, non-reversible, non-cashable, and non-transferable.

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, purchase restoration, subscription management, or tax handling for unused entitlements may be controlled by Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, banks, card issuers, or other payment-channel rules.

If payment succeeds but credits or entitlements do not arrive, email support with your account email, payment time, order ID, or checkout session details. We will help restore, reissue, or investigate when the payment can be verified.

Public pages, calculation results, spreads, charts, method explanations, AI-generated reports, translations, and summaries may contain incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, ambiguous, culturally variable, or incorrectly inferred content.

AI outputs are not statements of certain fact, guaranteed outcomes, promises about future events, or professional judgments. The same input may produce different wording across time, languages, models, or versions.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information from the service, including any personal decisions, communications, transactions, actions, or inaction based on that information.

You may not use the service for emergencies, crisis intervention, self-harm or harm-to-others decisions, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial investment, credit, insurance, employment screening, housing screening, education admissions, or other automated decisions that may significantly affect individual rights.

You retain any lawful rights you have in questions, birth details, location details, image descriptions, text, feedback, and other content you submit.

To provide, maintain, troubleshoot, save, display, translate, generate reports, sync history, process paid entitlements, and improve the service, you grant us a license to process, copy, store, transform, transmit, and display those inputs and generated results as reasonably necessary.

Do not submit personal information about others without authority, confidential materials, copyrighted content you cannot use, trade secrets, government IDs, financial account details, medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

If you create a chart, report, or reading for another person, you are responsible for having their permission and understanding that the related inputs may be personal information.

Fortuneteller.Today and its licensors retain rights in the brand, page design, code, public explanatory copy, curated databases, icons, interface elements, prompt structures, report structures, and service logic.

Except where law allows or we agree in writing, you may not copy, resell, bulk download, mirror, train a competing model on, remove attribution from, bypass technical limits around, or use service content to build a substitute or competing product.

You may save or share an individual report from your own account for personal non-commercial use, but you must not mislead others into believing the report is professional advice, official certification, or a guaranteed outcome.

The service may rely on Supabase, Stripe, DeepSeek, OpenAI or other AI/cloud services, Vercel, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, maps/geocoding, analytics, diagnostics, email, and app distribution providers.

Third-party outages, latency, price changes, policy changes, regional restrictions, account restrictions, or review requirements may affect sign-in, payments, generation, saving, notifications, mobile purchases, or API availability.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanently compatible, permanently available, fit-for-your-purpose service, or permanent retention of all historical records.

The service is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used independently by anyone below the digital-consent age in their jurisdiction or without guardian consent.

Minors should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for a minor’s account, inputs, and payment activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or expected results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the service, AI outputs, payment delays, data loss, third-party services, user misuse, or decisions based on service content.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service during the twelve months before the dispute arose. If you paid nothing, liability is limited to the lowest amount permitted by law.

We may update these terms when product features, billing methods, mobile apps, APIs, third-party services, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by the version date on this page.

Your continued access to or use of the service means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account-data handling under the Privacy Policy.

Terms covering payments, intellectual property, user licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and data retention may continue to apply after account closure or service termination.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from the service or these terms should first be handled through good-faith support contact.

Different regions may provide non-waivable consumer-protection, privacy, refund, or data rights. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
